HRWF with JW Russia (05.11.2019) – – On November 5, 2019, judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Tomsk Dmitriy Borisov pronounced a sentence for a local resident, Sergey Klimov, who was convicted of “organizing extremist activity”: six years in a penal colony. His defense plans to appeal the unjust verdict.
